    Want to Get Involved in Milton?

    Come learn about the many appointed committees that help shape life in our town.

    This event is designed to give you an overview of how Milton’s appointed committees work. No running for election necessary!

    You’ll hear directly from committee members about:

    - What their committees actually do

    - What kind of time commitment is involved

    - What kind of impact you could have by joining

    - How to apply

    We’ll start with a short Q&A with members of the appointing bodies, followed by quick one-minute intros from volunteers across a variety of committees.

    Whether you’re brand new to town or just ready to take the next step, this is a great way to explore low-barrier ways to get involved — no campaigning required.

    Join us in the Keys Room of the Library at 7pm on Weds, June 11th.

    Come join our Welcoming Committee! We’re excited about our third Welcome to Milton Weekend!

    We need your help to deliver 100+ welcome bags to neighbors who’ve moved to town in the last six months.

    Meet us at Steel & Rye on Wednesday, May 14th at 7pm to learn more about how the weekend will work. We’ll be delivering welcome bags throughout the weekend of May 17th and 18th, and many hands make light work!

  • Town Government 101 Workshop

    Whether you want to learn more about Milton government, get more involved, or you want to run for elected office, learn the basics - its structures, governing bodies, committees and anything else you'd like to know. This interactive workshop is run by town meeting members and will feature our Town Clerk, formerly elected officials and campaign volunteers who will be able to share their experiences.
